Clark Rubber & Plastic specializes in custom rubber extrusion services. We are fully equipped to produce profiles, shapes, and forms in a variety of thicknesses, densities, colors, and textures. Our rubber production facilities are completely separate from our plastic services, and they take advantage of some of the most advanced equipment in the industry to deliver consistent quality and precision components in high or low production quantities.
We work to innovate new solutions and push the boundaries of modern extrusion technology.
These custom extrusion components are regularly used in automotive industry, appliance, construction, transportation, and the solar industry. Some of the more common products include tubing, rubber seals, extruded rubber gaskets, and much, much more. At Clark Rubber & Plastic we are able to produce custom rubber profiles in a variety of sizes and shapes to ensure you get everything you need.
We are committed to providing the highest-quality products, so we work with a variety of materials to ensure the best results. Our facility is set up to work with natural rubber, Neoprene, Nitrile, Viton®, EPDM and other materials. We can provide the products that match your specific needs.
Unlike our custom rubber molding services, the extrusion process does not rely on horizontal presses to produce your components. Instead, we use custom dies for rubber extrusion.
The machines simply push the materials through the precisely cut dies, which allows us to create custom designs in a huge variety of shapes. Then, the rubber may need to be vulcanized after going through the die, depending on the material that was extruded.
Different rubber compounds may react differently, and some may swell after the extrusion process, and at Clark Rubber & Plastic, our specialists understand how to use each material to get the best results.
We’ll work closely with you to make sure you have everything your project needs. Request a quote today to get started.
