Our high-tech facility houses equipment capable of executing multiple extrusion techniques, including co- and tri-extruding, which combines 2 or 3 materials with different properties and of varying color into a single cross section.

Our extruded parts are fabricated from a wide range of certified plastic materials to meet the tightest tolerance requirements and provide superior structural integrity, uniform density, and long-lasting durability. We can produce small to large solid-cored profiles as well as tubing and sleeves from dual-durometer, military grade, and UL approved materials. We also offer a variety of in-line supplementary processes.

We manage an ISO/TS 16949:2009 certified quality assurance program that guarantees your parts will be exactly on specification.
