Plastic Extrusion Services

At Clark Rubber & Plastic, we offer plastic extrusion services and are well-equipped and ready to produce profiles, shapes, and forms with varying thicknesses, hardness, colors, and textures. Since we built our first facility dedicated to plastic operations in 1997, we have consistently innovated new solutions that push the boundaries of modern extrusion technology to tackle the toughest applications. We further expanded our plastic capacity by adding 6 new lines as well as a new 40,000 square foot facility in 2015.

Our high-tech facility houses equipment capable of executing multiple extrusion techniques, including co- and tri-extruding, which combines 2 or 3 materials with different properties and of varying color into a single cross section.

Fabricated from a wide range of certified plastic materials, our extruded parts meet the tightest tolerance requirements and exhibit superior structural integrity, uniform density, and long-lasting durability. We are capable of producing small to large solid-cored profiles as well as tubing and sleeves from dual-durometer, military grade, and UL approved materials. We also offer a variety of in-line supplementary processes.

We manage an ISO/TS 16949:2009 certified quality assurance program that guarantees your parts will be exactly on specification.

These products have been used in a wide variety of industries, including solar and water management. And we can work with you determine the specific needs of your project or industry.

We work closely with all of our customers to understand your needs, meet your objectives, and deliver unmatched value in terms of quality, reliability, and pricing. Effective use of resources enables us to accommodate both high and low volume production with equal efficiency. From standard tubing to highly intricate and complex shapes, you can rely on our depth of experience to produce top quality extruded plastic parts that exceed your expectations.
